Welcome to Aistech Space’s Early Adopter Program (“EAP”). By providing your name and email and clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which describe how we process and protect your personal data and how we use cookies and similar technologies.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The EAP allows selected participants to test and evaluate Aistech Space’s thermal infrared (TIR) satellite imagery for pilot projects and product integration, under a hybrid incentive model.

2. BENEFITS TO PARTICIPANTS

As an EAP participant, you will receive:

• Up to 10 free thermal infrared images during the first 30 days from the delivery of the first qualified image from the Hydra-2 satellite.
• 50% discount on additional image purchases for three (3) months following the free period.
• Access to priority tasking, flexible delivery formats, and technical support.

3. USE OF DATA AND ATTRIBUTION

As an EAP participant, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Aistech Space’s thermal infrared (TIR) imagery for inclusion within its geospatial solution(s), subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The PARTICIPANT may integrate Aistech’s TIR data into commercial solutions or services offered to end users, provided that:

• Aistech Space is acknowledged as the source of the thermal infrared data;
• Any display or redistribution of derived products includes a visible attribution such as:
  “Thermal infrared imagery provided by Aistech Space”;
• Raw imagery or derivative datasets are not sold, sublicensed, or redistributed unless explicitly agreed in writing;
• No representations are made that imply the Client has rights to Aistech Space data beyond what is defined in this Agreement.

Aistech Space reserves the right to audit the attribution and use of the data to ensure compliance.

4. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

• Use the imagery for testing defined pilot use cases.
• Provide structured feedback on performance, usability, and impact.
• Refrain from unauthorised redistribution of the imagery.
• Acknowledge Aistech Space as the data provider in any client-facing outputs or demonstrations (see Clause 3).
• Optionally, contribute to co-branded case studies with prior consent.

5. FEEDBACK

You grant Aistech Space the right to use your anonymised or attributed feedback for internal product and service improvement. Any public-facing materials, such as case studies, will only be published with your explicit written consent.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

Your access to the EAP begins upon the delivery of the first qualified TIR image and lasts for four (4) months. This term may be extended upon mutual agreement. Either party may terminate participation with 30 days’ notice via email.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information exchanged under this program. Confidentiality obligations survive for two (2) years after the end of your participation.

8. LIABILITY

Aistech Space provides access to the EAP “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of the imagery and disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from its use.

9. CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING & COOKIES

By submitting this form and accepting these Terms, you:

• Consent to Aistech Space collecting and processing your personal data (name, email, and usage data) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  Acknowledge and accept our use of cookies and similar technologies for performance monitoring and analytical purposes, as described in our Cookies Policy.
  
  
• Understand you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hello@aistechspace.com, though doing so may end your participation in the EAP.

   

10. GOVERNING LAW & NON-BINDING NATURE

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.

These Terms do not constitute a legally binding commercial agreement. Participation in the EAP is exploratory and may lead to future negotiations or cooperation, but no commercial obligations are implied.
