Welcome to Aistech Space’s Early Adopter Program (“EAP”).
By ticking the acceptance box and submitting the EAP application form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we process and protect your personal data and how we use cookies and similar technologies.
1. Purpose of the Program
The EAP enables selected participants to test and evaluate Aistech Space’s thermal infrared (TIR) satellite imagery for non-commercial pilot projects, internal evaluation and proof-of-concept purposes.
Participation is subject to Aistech Space’s review and acceptance.
2. Participation and Access
Participation in the EAP is granted at the sole discretion of Aistech Space.
Accepted participants may be assigned to one of the following access modalities:
Curated Data Access
Participants receive access to curated datasets of thermal infrared imagery from various locations worldwide, covering different latitudes, viewing angles, topographies, and day/night conditions.
Custom Area of Interest (AoI) Tasking
Participants with well-defined use cases and sufficient technical capability may request imagery over specific areas of interest, subject to feasibility, availability and internal review.
Aistech Space reserves the right to modify, limit or withdraw access at any time.
3. Use of Data and Intellectual Property
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use Aistech Space’s thermal infrared imagery solely for internal evaluation, testing and proof-of-concept purposes.
All imagery, datasets and related materials remain the exclusive property of Aistech Space. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to participants.
Participants shall not:
- Use the imagery for commercial purposes
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute or make the data available to third parties
- Incorporate the data into commercial products or services
- Use the data to provide services to third parties, except for non-commercial demonstrations
- Reverse engineer, replicate or attempt to derive underlying models, systems or technologies
4. Participant Obligations
Participants agree to:
- Use the imagery solely within the defined pilot or evaluation scope
- Provide structured feedback on performance, usability and impact
- Refrain from unauthorised redistribution of data
- Clearly acknowledge Aistech Space as the data provider in any demonstration, using attribution such as:
“Thermal infrared imagery provided by Aistech Space”
Participation in co-branded case studies or public materials requires prior written consent.
5. Feedback
Participants grant Aistech Space the right to use feedback provided during the program for internal product and service improvement.
Feedback may be used in anonymised or attributed form. Any public use (e.g. case studies, marketing materials) requires prior written consent.
6. Term and Termination
Participation in the EAP begins on the start date confirmed in writing by Aistech Space during onboarding and continues for the period specified in that confirmation.
Either party may terminate participation with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Aistech Space may suspend or terminate access immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, access to data will cease and participants must discontinue use of all materials provided.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or non-public information exchanged within the framework of the EAP.
Confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect for a period of two (2) years following the termination of participation.
8. Liability
The EAP and all associated data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aistech Space disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or use of the imagery.
9. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Participants agree to use the imagery in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data protection, export control, security and defence.
10. Data Protection and Cookies
By participating in the EAP, you:
- Consent to the processing of your personal data (such as name, email and usage data) in accordance with Aistech Space’s Privacy Policy
- Acknowledge the use of cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy
- Understand that you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting privacy@aistechspace.com, which may result in termination of your participation
11. Non-Commercial Nature
These Terms do not constitute a commercial agreement and do not create any obligation for either party to enter into a commercial relationship.
However, the provisions relating to data use, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability are legally binding.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
