Welcome to Aistech Space’s Early Adopter Program (“EAP”). By providing your name and email and clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which describe how we process and protect your personal data and how we use cookies and similar technologies.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The EAP allows selected participants to test and evaluate Aistech Space’s thermal infrared (TIR) satellite imagery for non-commercial pilot projects and product integration.

2. BENEFITS TO PARTICIPANTS

Participation in the EAP is subject to Aistech Space’s review and acceptance, to ensure that each participant’s profile and proposed activities are a good fit for the program.

Accepted participants will be channelled into one of the following options:

1. Curated Data Access: access to curated datasets of thermal infrared imagery from varying locations worldwide, covering different latitudes, viewing angles, topographies, and day/night conditions. This data is designed to provide broad exposure to the capabilities of thermal infrared imagery.
   
   
2. Custom Area of Interest (AoI) Tasking: available for participants with well-defined use cases, in-house expertise, and a willingness to engage with Aistech Space early. These participants will be able to request imagery over specific areas of interest, subject to technical feasibility, suitability review, and availability. 

All participants will benefit from priority access to Aistech Space’s first-generation thermal imagery, flexible delivery formats, technical support, and the opportunity to influence the product roadmap.

3. USE OF DATA AND ATTRIBUTION

As an EAP PARTICIPANT, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Aistech Space’s thermal infrared (TIR) imagery solely for internal evaluation, testing, and proof-of-concept purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Any commercial use of the imagery is strictly prohibited. This includes resale, sublicensing, redistribution, incorporation into commercial products or services, and use in activities that generate revenue.

Participants may not use the imagery to provide services to third parties except in the context of non-commercial testing or proof-of-concept demonstration.

4. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

• Use the imagery for testing defined pilot use cases.
• Provide structured feedback on performance, usability, and impact.
• Refrain from unauthorised redistribution of the imagery. Demonstrations to clients may only be carried out in the context of testing or proof-of-concept discussions and not for commercial delivery.
• Acknowledge Aistech Space as the data provider in any client-facing demonstrations with a visible attribution such as:
  “Thermal infrared imagery provided by Aistech Space”;
• Optionally, contribute to co-branded case studies with prior consent.

5. FEEDBACK

PARTICIPANT grants Aistech Space the right to use your anonymised or attributed feedback for internal product and service improvement. Any public-facing materials, such as case studies, will only be published with your explicit written consent.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

Access to the EAP will begin upon a mutually agreed start and end data by both parties. This term may be extended by mutual agreement. Either party may terminate participation with 30 days’ notice via email. Data access will cease 30 days from receipt of the email cancellation notice.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information exchanged under this program. Confidentiality obligations survive for two (2) years after the end of your participation.

8. LIABILITY

Aistech Space provides access to the EAP “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of the imagery and disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from its use.

9. CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING & COOKIES

By submitting this form and accepting these Terms, you:

• Consent to Aistech Space collecting and processing your personal data (name, email, and usage data) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  Acknowledge and accept our use of cookies and similar technologies for performance monitoring and analytical purposes, as described in our Cookies Policy.
• Understand you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hello@aistechspace.com, though doing so may end your participation in the EAP.
  

10. GOVERNING LAW & NON-BINDING NATURE

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.

These Terms do not constitute a legally binding commercial agreement. Participation in the EAP is exploratory and may lead to future negotiations or cooperation, but no commercial obligations are implied.
